We’ll deliver the project as outlined in the brief, proposal and related correspondence. This is if all necessary materials are provided in the required format, at the required times.

We will work towards the date specified in the proposal. This timeframe is also based on the conditions listed above being met.

Once we send the final draft, you have 14 days to provide approval in writing. Once final approval is received, the project is considered complete. Additional changes beyond this point may incur extra costs.

If you fail to provide feedback within the specified time frame, the draft will be considered approved and the project deemed complete.

Unless otherwise agreed, all video edits will be delivered in full HD 1920x1080 25p, 16:9 aspect ratio (landscape). If you opted for filming only, you’ll receive raw unedited footage.

If we are unable to deliver the product due to delays on your side, the full payment is still due within 14 days of the agreed completion date.
