Our Collaboration
Our policies and procedures keep things simple, smooth and seamless. We’ll keep you regularly informed of the progress we are making on your project. You’ll receive fortnightly updates with working days and details.
General Terms
We earmark a certain number of days for each client each month. You’ll be sent your project days and updates every two weeks. We also strive to provide call sheets and content requests before each production, so you know what to prepare ahead of time.
The project lead is the main point of contact and will liaise between you and the production team. Project leads are only available for calls on project days. We advise clients to designate a primary point of contact for all communication.
You may reschedule up to two weeks before the agreed production date. You can also postpone the project for three months after the original date. Please notify us by phone call or in an email. We will try to accommodate changes but our schedule may not always permit it.
You may pause or terminate any of the monthly packages by providing one month’s notice in writing.
Neither party is liable for unforeseen problems, including but not limited to: public emergencies, public authority orders and natural disasters.
We are not responsible for impediments caused by bad weather, uncooperative participants, poor light, location restrictions, intrusive noises, flash photography or other unexpected situations.
In the unlikely event of a technical failure, partial or full loss of content, we’ll make every reasonable effort to complete the project or offer a full refund.
These general terms and the rest of our policies are updated regularly. They apply to all services and to all clients. By collaborating with us, you also agree to these conditions.
