We take client confidentiality seriously. We will keep your business information confidential even after projects are complete. Unless required by law, we will not disclose proprietary data.

We are always mindful of copyright laws when sourcing content. However, should you wish to provide your own content or music, please ensure you have obtained the necessary licenses.

Any financial or legal claims linked to the way you use or repurpose content do not fall on us. You are liable for any claims, losses or costs in connection with the project.

Once you’ve settled the account by paying the full amount, the final products (videos, audio, books, logos, websites etc) are your intellectual property. However, all raw footage and content remain our exclusive property, unless a separate agreement is in place.

We may request to use the final products for our portfolio. We may also repurpose the raw files in ways that do not harm your business.

You have a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final products to promote your services, but not for television broadcasting or paid advertising campaigns.

Each party agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from this or future agreements.
