Sealing The Deal
After our initial consultations, we’ll send you a proposal with a quotation. Once you are happy with the prices, a deposit will be required for work to begin. We accept payments in cash, by card or bank transfer.
Payment Terms
For one-off projects, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder is due on completion. For monthly packages, 100% payment is needed in advance on the 1st day of each month. All invoices are to be paid in full within 14 days of receipt. We do not provide refunds, except in the unlikely event that we cancel or reschedule.
Our team will adhere to the agreed budget as long as the brief remains the same. We are not liable for any publishing delays as a result of missing or incomplete client data - and clients will still be liable to pay on the agreed deadline.
Should you require additional services from us, we will invoice separately for them. This includes but is not limited to: extra hours, days or content preparation and production. Extra charges will be flagged in advance for approval.
