We suggest nominating one person from your team as our main point of contact. This should ideally be someone who took part in the initial consultation.

We allow up to two rounds of minor revisions after the initial draft is delivered. A round of revisions consists of one, consolidated list of changes requested by clients after reviewing the draft(s).

Any additional rounds of revisions will be charged at an additional fee. Any revisions which fall outside of the original project brief such as a full re-edit, new website pages, significant script changes or new content will be considered out of scope and incur additional fees.
